At Zen to Go, the safety and well-being of our clients and therapists are our top priority. Therefore, we strictly comply with local regulations where we offer our services. In the event that COVID-19 becomes a health emergency again, we will implement the following protocol, which is part of our terms and conditions.
Terms of use for Zen to Go therapists
All therapists must comply with the following protocol before and during each service:
Temperature check: It must not exceed 37.5 °C (99.5 °F) on the day of the service.
Health declaration: Confirm that you have no symptoms associated with COVID-19 or other contagious diseases, have not been in contact with symptomatic individuals in the last 5 days, and have not lived with family members who have tested positive.
Hygiene upon entering the home: Remove shoes or use shoe covers.
Use of protective equipment: Face mask and face shield throughout the entire service.
Equipment disinfection: Clean and disinfect all equipment used before each service.
Uniform change: Wear a clean scrub top or uniform for each service.
Hand washing: Wash hands and forearms for at least 20 seconds before and after the service, using 70% alcohol gel.
Terms of use for Zen to Go clients
Requirements
Do not book if you have symptoms or risk of exposure:
Do not request the service if you present symptoms of COVID-19 or any other contagious disease.
Do not do so if you have been in contact with people with symptoms in the last 5 days or if you or a family member have tested positive for COVID-19.
Recent travel: Do not book if you or a family member have traveled abroad in the last 14 days.
Couples services: For the time being, simultaneous services with two or more therapists will not be available.
Restroom access: Allow the therapist access to the restroom for personal hygiene.
Personal hygiene: Wash hands and forearms for at least 20 seconds before and after the service, using 70% alcohol gel.
Social distancing: Keep other people in your home more than 1.5 meters (5 feet) away from the therapist and the service area.
Health history: Provide Zen to Go with an electronic form regarding your health status if requested.
Recommendations
Avoid booking if you are over 60 years old or have underlying health conditions.
Wear a face mask during the service.
Provide your own sheets for the service.
Take a shower before and after the service.
Cancellation policy
Zen to Go reserves the right to cancel, without penalty, any service if:
The local epidemiological risk level changes to red.
A significant health risk is identified for either party.
