What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations for one or two massages
If you need to cancel your service, these are the applicable conditions:
No cost: If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
20% penalty: For cancellations made between 4 and 24 hours before the massage.
100% penalty: If you cancel less than 4 hours in advance.
Cancellations can be managed directly through our app, our online platform, or by WhatsApp. The penalty is calculated on the net cost of the service. We do not provide cash refunds.
Reservations for three or more massages and corporate services
In these cases, we adapt our cancellation policy to your specific needs and inform you in advance. Our goal is to ensure the best possible experience.
